It is a line of joostvb's documentation webserver's apache log.  
Someone viewed the Linux-installation-HOWTO on it.  The funny part 
is in the google query that refer(r)ed the surfer to this HOWTO (ie.
"windows+me+crashing+at+startup", in dutch.)
